We are able to arrange for any planning or building regulations that maybe required for your loft conversion. We use an experienced and highly trained architect who will be able to complete the required drawings and plans.

Drawings and plans:

We offer free site visits to all clients requiring a loft conversion, we believe careful planning is what leads to a quality installation. Once we know what you’re looking for we can begin creating blue prints for your loft conversion. If you’ve had someone make you plans that you’re happy with then we are more than happy to work from these.

When is planning permission required?

In most cases planning permission isn’t required with a loft conversion as its considered to be permitted development. However, planning may be required if you plan to alter or extend the current roof space above a certain limit.

When we come to do our site assessment we are able to see the plans and ideas you desire and can then advise you whether you require planning permission or not. If you do need planning permission we can then arrange this for you.

Do I need to ensure building regulation are in place?

We will take care of all the building regulations for you so you don’t need to organise this yourselves.
